Robin Keener
Supervises all staff, including the interviewing, hiring and training of employees;
assigns and directs work and conducts performance appraisals.
Leads the development and implementation of short and long range plans and policies.
Directs the financial management of Homecoming Project, Inc., including development and implementation of the annual budget.
Facilitates partnerships and collaboration with other organizations in the homeless and addiction recovery community in Harford County.
Administers the operation of the corporation, including: evaluating the results of program activities, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled, allocating resources for program effectiveness and efficiency.
Coordinates volunteer activities to complement the short and long range plans of Homecoming Project, Inc.
Education
Ms. Keener has completed over 84 credits of coursework at Towson University, Catonsville Community College and Harford Community College in business administration. She is currently pursuing continuing education at Harford Community College in Drug and Alcohol Addiction Recovery Management. She also attends continuing education classes on medical and therapeutic treatment within the recovery community.
Previous Employment Experience
Ten-year management career at two of the Baltimore Metro area's top sporting goods retailers.
Fourteen years as manager of the Bel Air location for retailer Things Remembered, receiving the company's Top Manager Award 5 times between 1994 and 2003.
More than 75 awards for exceptional performance in the business management field.

Certified by the State of Maryland to manage Homecoming Project, Inc. as a Level III.1 - Clinically managed Low-Intensity Residential Service

Clinical Director
Micki Thomas
Micki Thomas is certified through the State of Maryland as an addictions counselor and through the CENAPS Corporation as a Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist. She has been affiliated with Father Martin's Ashley, a treatment center for chemical dependency and alcoholism located in Havre de Grace, Maryland, since 1983. Micki, recently retired from Ashley, and devotes her time to working with the residents of Homecoming.
Micki has an extensive background in education and treatment of the addicted person, and helped to develop and implement the relapse prevention program at Ashley. She has also developed an educational program for young children whose parent(s) are alcoholic or chemically dependent. Micki has facilitated many workshops and training events for the recovering community, professionals in the field of addiction, and the alumni of Ashley.
Resident Program Director
Lisa Bryson
Liaison between the residents and the executive director and in-house counselor; provide first-line response to client issues and concerns.
Provides the executive director and in-house counselor with weekly evaluations of performance and progress for all clients.
Supervises the Homecoming Project house manager.
Provides clerical and administrative support to the executive director.
Attends seminars, meetings and workshops related to Homecoming Project’s mission.
Administers the Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program at Homecoming Project; represents Homecoming Project on the TBRA committee with the Harford County government.
Enters client data for Maryland State ADAA, SAMIS and TRW Associates reporting systems, and creates other reports as necessary.
Education
